1. What This Service Does

Tehillim for Tilim is a free notification service that alerts subscribers when rockets are fired toward Israel, based on data from Pikud Ha'oref (Israel Home Front Command) and other public sources. The purpose of the service is to give Jews around the world the opportunity to stop and say Tehillim in real time for those in danger.

Notifications are delivered via email, WhatsApp, SMS, and browser push notifications, depending on your chosen preferences.

2. Reliability of Alerts

Specifically:

• Alerts may be delayed due to network conditions, server availability, or third-party API outages
• Alerts may occasionally not be delivered due to email spam filters, carrier restrictions, or device settings
• This service is intended for awareness and prayer — it must never be relied upon as a primary safety or emergency alert system
• For life-safety situations, always rely on official local emergency systems and the Red Alert app

3. Free Service

Tehillim for Tilim is provided completely free of charge. There are no subscription fees, hidden costs, or premium tiers. We reserve the right to introduce optional donations in the future to cover operating costs, but the core notification service will remain free.

4. User Responsibilities

By using this service, you agree to:

• Provide accurate contact information when signing up
• Keep your contact information up to date
• Not use this service for any unlawful purpose
• Not attempt to abuse, overload, or interfere with the service
• Unsubscribe if you no longer wish to receive notifications rather than marking messages as spam

5. No Warranties

This service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We make no warranty that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that alerts will be delivered within any specific timeframe.

6. Limitation of Liability

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate this service at any time, with or without notice. We also reserve the right to remove any subscriber who misuses the service or violates these terms.
